I'm a Theatre Facilitator, Director, and Actor from Sheffield. As a Facilitator, I specialise in Shakespeare & Scene Study (Mountview, LAMDA Pathways, LSBU South Bank Colleges, The Complete Works, Southall Community Alliance). Directing credits include: Where Would You Like To Start? (Drayton Arms Theatre); Scratch for Sense (The Golden Goose Theatre); Alumni Sharing (LAMDA); Leopold lake (NSDF). Acting credits include: Brassed Off (Leeds Playhouse); Bark Bark (National Tour); Hunter's Moon Video Game Project (Liquid Violet); Bottled (ArtsDepot). I studied Shakespeare and text at the University of Oxford (BA History & English) before training and developing my understanding of performance approaches at LAMDA (MFA Professional Acting) I was awarded the Society of London Theatres Laurence Olivier Bursary.

I support actors and non-actors to comprehend and embody complex text - classical, contemporary, and Shakespeare. My practice is based in the work of Mike Alfreds, Stanislavski, Katie Mitchell, and Meisner, as well as clown / games exercises.

I hold CPD qualifications in areas including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and LAMDA Exams, and I am DBS-checked. I will be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching (FE & Skills).

Where Would You Like To Start?

'It confuses me, sometimes. I just wanna be and say and do without having to go in the maze where people wave madly at each other and smile, while following their own secret routes.'

Frances and Jonah are the happiest they've ever been. With changing friendships, doubt-inducing jobs, and an overheard therapy session however - is it true that you can only trust yourself?

Follow Frances and Jonah, Sadie and Rich, in Shaw Productions’ new play.
